Marshalltown Christian School Parent Teacher Organization
Welcome to what is going to be an AWESOME year at Marshalltown Christian School. I know God has lots of great things in store for us. I am the leader of the Parent Teacher Organization and want to let you know about our upcoming meetings and activities. I encourage you all to try to make it to as many of these events as possible because it's a wonderful way to get to know each other, be involved in our children's education, and contribute valued opinions and talents to work as a team for our kids.
We well have meetings which are mainly for parents. I will check into possibly finding childcare during these times. Feel free to bring any topics of discussion to the meetings, any items for "praise or polish", things to celebrate and things to work on. This is like a family meeting with everyone's ideas, suggestions, prayer requests, concerns.... encouraged.
We will also have family activities for the whole gang. Bring siblings, grandparents, neighbors, and friends. It's a great way to have some Christ centered fun out in the real world and put the lessons the children are learning about love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith and self control into the community. They will be held at different locations, so please check future newsletters for that information. Please add these fun days to your calendars:
